Enjoy the comfortable bed or the luxurious Soaker tub after a day spent in wonderful Central Florida. Kick back in the reclining love seat & watch HD streaming channels. Enjoy morning coffee on the patio overlooking a wooded area, or sleep-in with the use of room-darkening drapes.

No kitchen... but don't worry... you'll have plenty of cooking options with the microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric skillet, George Forman grill, rice cooker, crock pot, and outdoor gas grill. The Mini fridge with freezer keeps food just right. A clever little kitchen island on wheels contains everyrhing you'll need. Just park it by the sink for extra counter space and easy use of the small appliances, then stow it when not in use.


This spacious home has 3 fully separate units. Each has its own entrance and no shared living space or access to the other units. Host/manager lives on site. Each unit has it's own designated outdoor space and outdoor furniture. Only the grill, laundry access, and driveway are shared. You are limited to one vehichle with designated parking on left side of driveway. Laundry room has a separate entrance and access is arranged upon request.

The home is 4 minutes from a grocery store, drug stores, gas stations and abundant food options. Approximately 20 minutes to WEC or HITS. 12 minutes to Silver Springs Park or to ziplining and horseback riding. About 90 minutes from either coast or Disney. Great location for exploring central Florida!

Are you a medical traveler? Approximately 12 minutes to Advent and Ocala Regional Hospitals.

Need remote workspace? Dining table expands with fold-out leaves. Rolling office chair provided upon request.

PLEASE NOTE: You are sharing a home, so sound transfer between units is possible. The master bedroom unit will get sound transfer from the washer dryer and sometimes from the main unit. Guests are asked to respect quiet hours 9am to 9pm.

PLEASE NOTE: Thermostat settings are controlled remotely. Generally the AC Let the host know if it needs to be adjusted.

PLEASE NOTE: Limit of one vehichle & must park on the left side of the driveway.

Do Not disturb the neighbors. Be mindful of excessive noise especially when using outdoor spaces. Respect property lines.
Park only on the left side of driveway, NOT on the street or the grass. ONE CAR LIMIT. Occupant of main house (possibly the owner) parks on right.
The side yard is for your use and the backyard is allocated to the main house. Quiet is expected outdoors after 9 PM and indoors after 11 PM.

Check in easy, nice studio, very clean and quiet Donna was a great host and very helpful and responsive felt better knowing she lives at the property I will definetly use again and recommend to family and friends

The property was clean and very nice. The owners were accommodating for our odd arrival time. The bed was comfortable and very nice had a nice walk-in shower and a big soaking bathtub all very nice and clean. Looking forward to renting again next time we come down in a year

Small, no neighborhood amenities

I'll take blame for overlooking the size of this rental, but the kitchen/bath combination was not our favorite combination. The other half of kitchen amenities were in the bedroom. We purchased an electrical cord to enable cooking outside as there's no outlet outside. This space was less than our hotel stops on the way to FL. The 2 rooms were clean but the patio area could have been sweep and had nicer chairs. The cheap plastic chairs are not so comfortable. The backyard view is just bushes and more shade than sun. I felt safe in the estate area and was able to walk in the neighborhood. There are no sidewalks to walk into town or to anything nearby. The host, Donna, was easy to communicate with. If you just need a place to sleep, this would be ok.
