Das Zimmer war unangenehm klein, das Bad sehr eng. Die Klimaanlage mit 24 C und etwas höher nicht niedriger einzustellen trotz Nachfrage. Von 2 Gästeaufzügen funktionierte am Morgen nur einer, also sehr lange Wartezeit am Morgen nach oben. Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber hilflos, wies z.B. ...

Parkplatz direkt am Haus. 20 € die Nacht noch okay. Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Brötchen waren blass und zäh. Zimmer sauber, aber relativ klein, Dusche heiß. S-Bahn direkt vor dem Hotel. 12 Minuten zur SAP-Arena. Für eine Nacht völlig okay.

Clean rooms but staff member entered room in the middle of the night, highly unprofessional. No compensation offered other than water or juice. Disappointed at the service, but the rooms themselves are decent.
