The large terrace and the seating area, surrounded by nature and with direct access from the flat, are perfect for relaxing. Inside, the flat is ideally furnished for holidays and offers plenty of space for 5–6 people (3 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds). The flat is a 5-minute walk from the valley station of the Obersaxen mountain railways. In the evening, you can ski down the ‘Heimabfahrt’ piste almost right up to the front door. In summer, the wonderful hiking and cycling area of Obersaxen/Val Lumnezia, as well as the Rufali Park with its swimming lake, can be reached in 5 minutes’ walk. A private parking space is available in the underground car park opposite, including an electric charging point. Guest parking spaces can be found directly on the street. Dogs are very welcome.
