With cozy and comfortable furnishings, it offers 40 square meters of living space, including a spacious bedroom with a box-spring bed. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeper sofa, and a flat-screen TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The bathroom features a bathtub and a hair dryer. Towels and bath towels are included in the price. The toilet is separate. The spacious sun balcony with panoramic views, accessible from both the kitchen-living area and the bedroom, is equipped with patio furniture, a swing chair, lounge chairs, and a parasol—offering everything you need for relaxing moments and pure relaxation.
