"I only stayed here for one night before my flight out of Switzerland and back to Miami, but I like the hotel a lot various aesthetic and reasonably priced and walking distance to some shops and the train station. The only thing is they don’t have central air and it was confusing to turn on the air unit that is in the room. I think the front desk should do a better job of making that known."

"It’s a very good property than it is very close to the airport and they offer a shuttle to the airport in the morning for a Price I don’t know why they hotels having such a International people arriving Daily. They don’t have too many TV channels in English. there was something very important in that is that they were machines working construction next to the hotel all night long with making a horrible noises that make it very difficult to sleep."

"The property owner was very friendly and delivered us an air conditioner without us having to ask. He just knew that as Americans we were used to having air conditioning. The family room and gave us plenty of room to spread out after a long train ride."

"the hotel had free airport transport which was much appreciated. you do need to reserve your spot or the return to the airport. we had a good dinner at their restaurant. the pillows were awful and flat. tried folding them over too."

"This place was literally the worst hotel I ever stayed at. The bedding was dirty, the bathroom sink was so full of hair that it would back up when you attempted to brush your teeth. The bathroom floor was full of water upon check in and the shower head was broken. I complained to the front desk, instead of issuing a new room they gave us a card key to use the shower across the hall. My wife went in to shower and there was a naked man in the room. They gave us a key to an occupied room. I would...

"The staff were so kind and helpful. Spa amenities were fantastic after a few days of site seeing. We stayed in one evening having dinner and drinks in the bowling alley so much fun. The views are breathtaking. We had a fabulous stay!"

"Location of hotel is walking distance from trams, trains and buses. Room was kept clean, very friendly and accommodating staff, very nice lobby with bar and restaurants. Breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food. Hardworking and accommodating wait staff in restaurant as well! Definitely recommended!"
