Perfect for eating, working, happy hour, and that morning cuppa Joe. Go down to the soft, private, grassy river bed with a blanket for a nap or to read a book. Wave to the boaters, rafters, kayakers, and ducks as they roll by on the water. You can also cast your own line and launch your own kayak right from the yard.

There are many hiking trails, public boat accesses, natural hot springs, and charming restaurants nearby. Eugene is 45 minutes away and Sisters is just an hour away!

The interior of the home is bright, comfy, and modern. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking gadgets a chef on vacation could need. The living room has high end seating and a fold out full-size couch. The small table in the dining area folds out for dinner, crafts, puzzles, etc. The bedroom has an exterior door right onto the deck.
