Walk to trendy Temescal & College Ave - 2+ BR

Very clean, spacious 2 Bedroom/1Bath apartment is located between the trendy neighborhood of Temescal and gorgeous Rockridge. Close to College Ave, BART, Temescal Alley & many great restaurants including Burma Superstar, Pizzaiolo, Wood Tavern, Southie, & A16.

This is a completely separate 2 bedroom apartment in the lower level (6 steps down) of beautiful 1929 Craftsman home. Private entrance. Recently remodeled with new carpet, paint and quartz counter top, it has a large eat-in kitchen, living room, bathroom with tub & lovely shared courtyard. Easy street parking.

Our well equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, gas range, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. You'll find filtered water in the refrigerator. The dining area seats 4 or 5 comfortably.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed (great mattress) and bedding, large closet and chest of drawers. The second has a full bed (also great mattress), bedding, smaller closet and small set of drawers. The living room has a flat screen TV with cable, a lazy-boy chair, and a convertible sofa that sleeps 1 person.

We also provide the following:
linens, blankets & pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner.

There is no hot tub on the property.

Great location, great rental, great stay.

Having moved out of state, we returned to find this wonderful place in our old neighborhood. Exceptionally clean, unexpectedly spacious, equipped with everything we needed for a week-long stay, including a lovely patio. Jeri was a terrific host too: attentive and responsive. Bottom line: we hated to leave.

Family Wedding Weekend!

Hi! This was a nice place, but I would not choose it again for a fun vacation getaway with family. It is a basement apartment, so there are no good outside views. It's dark, and the lighting isn't great. There was a patio there, but due to the intimacy of the location and posted rules, we did not feel comfortable hanging out there or inviting any of our relatives to stop by and visit. It was odd to be asked not to park in front of the property as all other parking was in front of the neighbors' homes. It is a shoeless apartment, but there is not a good setup for sitting and removing shoes comfortably on entry. I would only choose this location for work travel, not for a vacation getaway.

This large basement apartment is equidistant from Rockridge and Temescal districts, offering great options for dining out. The kitchen is well set up if you’re more inclined to eat in, and good groceries are walking distance away. Jeri was welcoming. Instructions for checking in and out clear and simple.

Tropical Paradise inOakland

A perfect location for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were wonderful, too. The space was clean and had all the amenities needed for comfort. Taking leisurely walks to College Ave to shop and eat were added benefits to the location. Will definitely be back when we travel here again!
