This 2-bedroom, 1-bath home blends Victorian charm with thoughtful modern details. Well-insulated walls keep it quiet and restful, whether you`re here for a weekend or a month-long work assignment.

The living room has a color-adjustable reading light for the perfect evening ambiance. Both bedrooms are warm and inviting, with LED reading lights, and a futon offers extra sleeping space for up to 5 guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, with LED sensor lights under the cabinets and a wine rack with glasses. The bathroom features a rainfall and handheld shower behind a French glass door, an LED mirror, and a wall-mounted hair dryer. Shampoo, body soap, hand wash, and lotion are provided.

For fun nights in, there`s a dedicated ping pong room and a collection of board games. WiFi, heating, and fresh linens make it easy to settle in. A shared washer and dryer is available for stays of 5 nights or more.

Enter through the black community gate using the lockbox on the left side of the gate. Your code is sent before check-in. Your unit is on the right-hand side, behind the second white metal gate door. You`ll have the entire unit to yourselves, plus your own private driveway parking space.

Every stay includes a personalized guidebook with local dining and activity recommendations, plus a complimentary welcome basket with snacks and drinks. I`m available anytime through the app and respond quickly to questions.

You may see the owner`s friendly dog, Rocco, in the backyard. He stays securely behind a gate and has no access to the guest space. Please no smoking, pets, or parties. Smoking will result in additional cleaning charges.
No smoking, no parties, please take shoes off in unit. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
