Remodeled in Spring 2018, the space is truly gorgeous and everything is new. Bathrooms are immaculate. Master bedroom has a huge picture window looking out on the garden.

If possible, someone will be there to let you in and give you a tour. Otherwise you can let yourself in the front door at top of the stairs. The house will be ready for you.

Please respect the quiet time from 1030pm to 8am - and the no shoes policy.

There is central heat but no AC. The temperatures almost never get uncomfortably hot year round. We keep windows open most days. The central heat is controlled by a thermostat in the living room. If you use it please turn it off when you go.

If you look at my reviews, all reviews prior to July 2018 are from either this home before the renovation or from my sailboat. They are mostly very positive reviews with some complaints about cleanliness. The home prior to renovation was very old and hard to keep clean. We have a very high standard for cleanliness since the renovation.
