We offer only 1 paid parking on the property driveway for $25/night or $50 per stay. Please let us know to reserve your spot.

Early Check-in / Late Checkout:
Additional fees of $50/hr from the standard time.

Please ask us for an early check-in, we will try our best to accommodate you.
The additional fee helps us get the place ready as per your schedule and compensate our cleaners for the extra help they bring in accordingly.

For all your travel needs, we are located close to our neighborhood convenience store and a short walk to the nearby Whole Foods and Walgreens.

Other things to note
The couch in the living room lays flat and pulls out to a Queen Size bed.
We provide Mattress topper, comforter, bedsheet and pillows for a comfortable stay.

For infants/toddlers, we provide(upon request) a crib, high chair, changing table and pack n play crib.

Street Parking on the entire street, except right next to the store, is free. Please be careful of street cleaning days (2nd & 4th Mondays and Tuesdays: 12.30 - 3.30pm). The security cameras are located outside the front entrance, facing the street. There is also a security camera outside the back door, pointed out towards the backyard.
These cameras are motion activated and record as long as any movement exists.
