Entertainment



The basement lounge is where the fun lives. Fire up the foosball table for a little friendly competition, dive into the arcade, or settle in for a movie night with the DVD player. With a 50-inch smart TV upstairs in the living room and additional smart TVs in every bedroom, there's always something to watch - or you can unplug entirely and head outside to the fire pit.



Kitchen & Dining



The kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just reheating. You'll find a coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, and a full lineup of pots, pans, and bakeware - including a roasting pan, loaf pan, and cookie sheet. Dishes, glasses, and utensils are provided for every guest. A full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal round out a kitchen that handles everything from a big family breakfast to a holiday dinner.



Technology



Five smart TVs with Roku streaming are spread throughout the home - a 50-inch in the living room, a 40-inch near the sleeper sofa, a 32-inch in the kids' room, a 32-inch in the master bedroom, and a 32-inch in the guest bedroom. The basement lounge TV pairs with a DVD player for movie nights. WiFi is available throughout the property.



Laundry



Full-size washer and dryer are available in the basement laundry room - a welcome amenity for longer stays or after a muddy day outdoors.



Outdoor



Step outside and the fun continues. The private hot tub is ready for a long soak under the trees, and the wood-burning fire pit - just to the left of the driveway as you pull in - is the perfect place to wind down the evening. A fully working propane grill is available. Propane refills are the guest's responsibility.



Guest Access:

Check-in is self-guided and straightforward - the lockbox for the backup key is located on the back porch at the top of the steps by the back door. Parking for up to 3 vehicles is available on the flat, paved driveway, and there is dedicated RV parking as well. The host is available to help if anything comes up during your stay.

★ Pet friendly - well-behaved pets are welcome (Max of 2 dogs.
There is a pet fee of $75 per pet)

★ No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees.

★ 4 steps lead up to the front door and 8 steps lead up to the back door - not fully step-free, but manageable for most guests

★ Four-wheel drive is recommended depending on seasonal road conditions in the area

★ Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detector, and fire extinguisher (located under the kitchen sink) are all in place for your safety

★ No HOA restrictions on this property
