- Our well-equipped 1-bedroom unit is the perfect base for business travelers visiting the Bay Area. Designed for productivity and comfort, it has all the amenities you need for a successful business trip.
The dedicated work station offers ample space for spreading out documents and laptops. The fast, reliable Wi-Fi enables video calls, streaming, and downloads with no buffering or lag.
The living room is bright and airy, with plenty of natural light and comfortable seating. A smart TV is available for your entertainment needs, and high-speed Wi-Fi is provided throughout the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals at home, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. A table is also available, making it easy to enjoy meals together.

Welcome to our VRBO home! We are thrilled to have you as our guests and want to ensure that you have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please take a moment to review the following house manual, which includes important information about our property and guidelines for your stay.
Check-in and check-out:
• Check-in time is after 3:00PM and check-out time is by 11:00AM.
• If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate, subject to availability and additional price.
• Early Check-in: $25
• Late Check-out: $25/hour
House Rules:
• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, including on balconies or patios. Any evidence of smoking will result in a penalty fee of $500.
• No parties/events: We have a strict no-party and no-event policy to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500.
• No pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the premises, unless otherwise stated in the listing. Failure to follow the rules will result to a penalty fee of $500
• Quiet hours: From 10:00PM to 8:00AM. We want to ensure that all of our guests have a comfortable and relaxing stay, which is why we enforce quiet hours. We kindly ask that during this time, you keep noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and our neighbors. These homes are built with walls and doors for the purpose to separate space and provide privacy and they are not sound proof. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in making everyone's stay enjoyable.
• Occupancy: The maximum occupancy of the property is two. Additional guests are not allowed without prior approval.
• This unit has hard-surface floor and is attached to another guest unit. Please be considerate of noise level leave your shoes at the door or wear soft sole shoes or slippers.
• Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred during their stay, and may be charged for the cost of repairs or replacements.
Amenities and Facilities:
• Please treat our home with care and respect, and report any damages or issues immediately.
• Please conserve energy by turning off lights, air conditioning, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
• Shared facilities, e.g., laundry room - do not to leave your load idle in the machine so that others can use.
• The following additional items are provided by the host for a 7-day supply: The guest needs to replenish on their own for the remainder of their stay.

Safety and Security:
• Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property, and ensure that the main entrance is securely closed at all times.
• For your safety, do not tamper with any security features or emergency equipment in the property.
• In case of emergency dial emergency services (e.g. 911) for immediate assistance.
Cleaning and Maintenance:
• The property will be cleaned before your arrival.
