Modern 1Bd near Yosemite and Bass lake

This spacious 1-bedroom suite has its own separate entrance, a nice patio and kitchenette. Though it is part of our house, the setting is private and quiet, and offers easy access to Yosemite National Park (30 minutes to the entrance) and Bass Lake (15 minutes). Oakhurst stores and restaurants are less than 2 miles away.

Although mountain pines surround the suite, much natural light comes through. The bedroom has a queen bed with a new mattress and a spacious closet. A full bathroom with tub and shower is equipped with towels, soap and hair care products. The main living space has a brand new futon that converts to a comfortable queen size bed. Living space has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and tea kettle. Coffee and assorted teas are provided. There is no sink, no stove.
Mobile/cell phone reception is excellent. And we have free highspeed wireless internet.
There are new powerful space heaters in each room that heat up the place very fast.
There is no air conditioner in the suite but the unit is downstairs and shaded during the day. It can get warm inside during the hottest part of the day but it cools down fast as soon as the sun goes down. New and very quiet pedestal fan in the living space and ceiling fan in the bedroom are there to feel comfortable.
