The open-concept living room features a cozy gas fireplace, ideal for relaxing on winter or snowy evenings, with plenty of comfortable seating for large groups and a bird's-eye view from the living area's sliding door to the upstairs patio. No worries-A flexible payment plan allows you to book early and pay gradually for your trip, and forgiving cancellation policies let you book without worries.
Kids and groups can unwind in a cozy bonus entertainment area with a smart TV, fun games, DVDs, and a craft or game table.
Kitchen
The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, smart stove, fridge, and all essential amenities. Two coffee makers are available, one of which is dual-purpose, serving as both a Keurig and a regular pot. It includes everything you need for baking and cooking, such as measuring cups and spoons, garlic press, mixers, cookie sheets, roasting pans, large pots, crockpot, blenders, wine glasses, spices, baking and muffin pans, and everything else to create delicious family meals and fun moments.

Bedrooms are oversized (most homes have small bedrooms, typically around 10 ft by 10 ft, but these are larger).
• Main floor measures 17 ft by 12 ft, with a TV, a queen bed, and a double bed.
• Bunkbed room is 14 ft by 14 ft, featuring a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom, a single on top, and another queen bed
• The other downstairs bedroom is 18 ft by 10 ft, with one queen and one double bed. And TV


Parking
The easy-in, easy-out driveway provides ample parking space for six or more cars parked side by side, offering convenient access for each vehicle at any time, with additional parking for ‘toys’ below. Located near Hwy 41 and road 632 off a county-maintained road for snowy winters.


Deck
Enjoy a glass of wine or hot cocoa on the deck while stargazing. There's a view of a small, creek-like area where deer and wild turkeys often travel. The deck features a table, chairs, and motion lights at night.
Nearby
Nestled among tall pines, our home is ideally located near Bass Lake, the Yosemite entrance toll, scenic hiking trails, and the charming town of Oakhurst. It’s also conveniently on the way to Badger Pass for skiing. Lewis Creek Trail, leading to the waterfall, is just an easy mile or so away. For off-road adventures, ‘toy’ rentals are only minutes away, and off-road fun is nearby at Shuteye Peak. Additionally, the nearby ‘Logger’ train offers train rides and exciting excursions.

Outdoor areas
Watch deer and wild turkeys pass through the property—as nature’s visitors add to the magic. Enjoy a well-lit patio with cozy seating, a propane firepit, and a BBQ grill—perfect for outdoor gatherings. Step outside into a well-lit outdoor space with plenty of tables and seating for relaxing and making lasting memories. Lights surround the house from dusk onward.
