Located 8 lots from the public beach access, Sea 2 Sea allows walkability to the beach and features a private backyard pool when you're ready to get out of the sand.

This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom design (2 Kings, 1 Queen, 1 Set of Bunks (Twin over Double), Daybed (x2 Twins), Mini Crib & Standard Crib) is an inverted open floor plan to allow the best views when enjoying the inside of the home. Enjoy hardwood throughout the top floor, cooking in the kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and then dine at the table with seating for twelve.

Choose your spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine at night on the front porch with balcony views of the ocean or on the back deck which offers views of the quiet OKI woodlands.

Located near Middleton Avenue, enjoy easy access to Lowes Foods or Publix just minutes away or a quick dash over to the Beach Pantry to grab any last minute items before heading to the beach.

We loved the location of the house, close to the beach. The house was large enough for a family dinner, kitchen was well equipped. We had fun playing foosball. The house was really clean. Having the main bedroom on the 2nd floor and the other bedrooms on the 1st floor was great nice for some privacy.

Relaxing location both by the pool and proximity to the beach. Plenty of decks to enjoy some quiet time and views of the ocean. Plenty of chairs at the pool with a bonus cornhole set up. Some locals encouraged us to retire on oak island! We took an easy drive to Oak Island Light and learned a bit of history and local fawn and flora. Dolphins and Bluefish were plenty on our September stay. Just a one mile beach walk to the pier. Bring your beach chairs. Great place to bike. There was an oak island Bike race that did not impede any movement.

The house setup suited our family of seven adults perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough for our cooks. The couch was very large as well so we could all sit comfortably together. The pool was a great choice for our family to hang out and to get out of the sun when we needed to cool off. We’ll definitely bookmark this property for future family vacations.

This home was perfect for our family vacation at Oak Island. It had everything we needed for three adult couples and two small children and the location was perfect - just a short walk to the beach. We booked most nights and found everything we needed in the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed late afternoons in the pool after a long day at the beach and slept wonderfully in the comfortable beds. We also enjoyed all the balconies, which gave each couple a little space of their own. Our host was great and gave us all the information we needed. We enjoyed the splash park and a day trip to Bald Island. We are a South Carolina family but we will definitely be back to Oak Island and would love to stay in this home again.

Extremely clean home that had everything we needed, plenty of kitchen utensils, charcoal grill, giant sectional, games, lounge chairs by the pool, beach towels, cubby storage for shoes at entrance, etc. The pool was the perfect size for mostly adults and a few small children. Be prepared to get some exercise, as you'll climb outdoor and interior stairs going in/out and up to the main floor with kitchen/living. It wasn't a problem for us, but could be if you have seniors or someone with reduced physical ability. Also, if you have have someone who wants to go to bed early in your group, they may not want to sleep in the bedroom under the living room because ANY movement upstairs can be heard. The beach was a short walk. We used a wagon and/or golf cart when taking lots of stuff but walked when just taking backpack chairs and small bags. The owner was very responsive with one repair issue that was quickly resolved. My only complaint is that two different neighbors asked us to turn the music down by the pool on two different occasions when it really wasn't loud. One neighbor asked nicely, the other not so much. I was actually quite surprised by the requests, but we complied nonetheless. I would highly recommend this location!

Had a wonderful stay at Sea 2 Sea. Spacious house, well appointed. Kitchen was great. Upper level master bedroom and remaining bedrooms on the lower level worked well to separate couples and children. Beautiful pool, more than enough seating. We rented a golf cart which added to our tub. Would definitely stay here again. Walk to beach is short and easy!

A perfect family vacation

We enjoyed our week at this beautiful property. It was a short walk to the beach just as stated. The pool was wonderful. The sunsets were gorgeous. The house and kitchen were well equipped. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and spacious for our family of 11! Plenty to do for all age ranges. Our host was very communicative and fast to help when an issue (on our part not his) occurred. Very short walk to the beach and the kids LOVED having the pool… especially for night swimming! 10/10 would book again!

Great beach house

The rental is very close to the beach, was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The pool was a great benefit, esp. for the kids. One small fault: there was no table lamp in the great room so we bought one at a local store. The house had cribs, booster chair and other equipment for young children.

Great location

The home is spacious, comfortable, pretty, and wonderful location. Lived all the porches. We failed to note that the main living area is on the top floor, and the steps were a bit steep for our family, ages 60 to 80. Otherwise, we do recommend this home.

Couldn’t have been more pleased!!

This house was everything and more for our first time in OKI, the kids had a great time. This home was very spacious, and had everything we needed. If I had to make any comment it would be, I think a fire pit would be a lovely update to the home For the “late in the year” vacations and a cutting board to cut meats on after grilling! . Location to the beach is perfect! Thank you for letting us enjoy your house!

Perfect place for a family getaway!

This house was perfect for our long weekend! The beach is a quick walk away. Views are beautiful from the porch- house is fully equipped for cooking and fun entertainment. The kids loved the foose ball table & the pool. Bedrooms were comfortable- tons of space for everyone. Brian is super helpful and responsive. Love this house and we will be back!

Great location on Oak Island!

Our extended family of eight had a great week at Sea 2 Sea to kick off the summer! It's super close to two beach access points, and the pool was a delight. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was appointed as well as any rentals we've stayed in. We would absolutely stay here again if visiting Oak Island.

Perfection at the beach

This by far has been the best house we have rented in OKI and we’ve been coming for 8 years now. The house was spotless, the location was perfect for our needs, the pool was awesome. Kitchen fully stocked with any appliance you may need. The foosball table was such a nice added bonus for my kids to play with along with a bunch of board games. Thank you so much!!!

Wonderful Stay!!

We had an absolutely amazing time! The house was just as was described. It was such a wonderful place and was perfect for what our family was looking for. The house is in a perfect location. Our host was ultra-responsive to any questions we had, and his communication made the overall experience that much more enjoyable. Our daughters especially loved the pool! The house honestly could not have been any better. We'd love to stay here again!
