Just a minute off the G.V. Barbee bridge, Sea La Vie gives convenient access to Caswell Beach, Oak Island and mainland diversions. The Oak Island Beach Villas condos in Caswell Beach are located just across the street from the Oak Island Golf Club and its restaurant.

Though no guest pets are allowed, guest with allergies should note that dogs may be present during owner reservations.

The OIBV pool is open annually from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Specific condo communities may keep the pool open past Labor Day depending on the homeowner's association's recommendation.
