    Bring the whole family, including up to three canine family members per reservation, to this versatile home with three bedrooms on the lower level and one master bedroom with its own private full bathroom on the upper level. All rooms have large screen smart TV's and the home is equipped with hi-speed internet and wifi. There is a private pool at the home and beach access is approximately a five-minute walk away. Baby-friendly amenities include a Pack n' Play, high chair and baby gate.

    The open kitchen, situated upstairs near the family area, has stainless steel appliances, an island with seating for four, and a dining room table with seating for six to eight. The living room has two large sectional couches, which seat three each, positioned near the TV. Additionally, this area has its own convenient half bathroom and sliding glass doors that lead to the deck. The deck has seating, two coffee tables and an outdoor ceiling fan to circulate the refreshing ocean breeze.

    The king master bedroom has a dark cherry wood dresser and bed frames set in front of calming teal walls. This bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fan and large windows with a view of the surrounding woodlands. Adjacent there is a private full bathroom which features a large walk-in shower with a higher shower-head, tiling and glass doors.

    First floor interior also has brightly colored teal walls inside and an exterior deck with additional outdoor seating. Two bedrooms on one end of the hallway, one with two sets of single-over-single bunk beds with a pull-out trundle, sleeping a total of six in the bunk room. The bunk room is equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fan and a chest of drawers. The other first-floor bedroom features a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. The queen room features with a smart TV, ceiling fan and full bathroom. These two bedrooms each have sliding glass doors to access the back deck.

    The final lower-level bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and nightstand. It features a smart TV, ceiling fan, large windows to allow natural sunlight in, large walk-in closet space and adjacent full bathroom, which offers his-and-her sinks and a large tiled shower with glass doors.

Great week

Great property, great location, comfortable beds, perfect layout for our family. Trash only running on Tuesdays was an issue as we were overrun with Maggots on day 2. Trash was from previous tenants. That's an OKI thing, not property owners or managers.

We arrived to full, very smelly garbage cans, covered in flys;oh, did I mention stinky. The smell was so bad, that when we got out of the car, we were overwhelmed. We called Oak Island Accomadations and were told that maintenance would come out and remove a couple of bags, so we would have room before Tiesday to place our trash. That never happened. The garbage disposal did not work and it would back up the water. We spent the week using a strainer to keep things from going down the disposal when we rinsed dishes and used a plunger twice a day to get water moving. Reported and never fixed. The pictures show the outdoor furniture with cushions. There were no cushions for the outdoor furniture, two pieces were broken when we got there, and while the largest person in our group weighed 210 and the smallest weighed 90 - we were all scared to sit on the outside furniture and ended up pulling wooden chairs in and out to sit on. I would not recommend this house to anyone. Very disappointed in the service and the problems with the outdoor furniture and inside for what we paid.

Paradise Pointe

The house was very nice. We had an issue with the elevator which required 3 different people, including the owner, to come and fix it. I was pleased with the house and location.

We would rent again

The property is pet friendly, which we liked. That being said, the cleaning service was not thorough when preparing for the next renters. There was pet hair under the couches and the beds. But the layout of the home and the proximity to the ocean and an ice cream shop made it a good week!

Great location….. near restaurants…… easy access to beach….. house was decorated beautifully!
