Oak Island home on the Davis Canal with private boat dock.

  • Welcome to our beautiful home located in Oak Island, NC. This peaceful home includes live oak trees in the backyard that back up to the Davis Canal. You will have direct water access to the ICW - navigable water for your motorboat, kayak, canoe or jet ski. Enjoy fishing and crabbing off your private dock.

    This home is three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and offers comfortable sleeping for eight guest - one king bed, one queen bed and two sets of bunkbeds. Ruko TVs included in all the bedrooms. With three separate living areas, a large deck & a fishing dock there is plenty of space for everyone to have fun!

    Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you to prepare meals or any occasion. Our dining room table seats eight, the sunroom seats four and our kitchen island seats four. This home is perfect for entertaining!

    Our driveway has ample amounts of parking. Our deck includes a new gas grill. The laundry room includes a washer, dryer, ironing board with iron.

    Bring your boat & your fishing gear to explore our wonderful island. We hope you have a blast!

We LOVED our stay. The swing in the backyard was a huge hit with our kiddos. The house is spacious where you can split up from your group and have your own peace. We would love to stay again!

Enjoyed our stay! The home had a perfect layout for our party of seven, with three different living spaces inside, and a nice deck in back overlooking the canal. The dock is nice, it was convenient to have our boat on the property. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. Loved our first visit to Oak Island!

We have stayed at this location multiple times and just like the past stays we were not disappointed. We will be back in two weeks and I’m sure many times after that. The set up is great for our family and the boat dock is perfect as well!

My stay

Our stay was very pleasant the house was very clean, very spacious, very quiet, close to shopping and grocery stores, a lovely view of the water I would love to go back again and would highly recommend it.

The Home is on the water and it has a nice boat dockUnfortunately, there were several roaches throughout our stay, including in the upstairs, queen, bed, and the master bathroom downstairs the foyer and living roomThe owner was told in their reply was their Palmetto bugs. I can assure you their roaches.So the property needs to be sprayed in the floors and overall need to be cleaned moreNot happy with the price we paid considering roaches were everywhere highly concerning

Quiet house on the canal

We found this house to be as advertised and really enjoyed our stay. Has ample living space throughout and good access to the water. We really enjoyed the views of the live oak and water from the sun room! Would definitely stay again.

Perfect summer trip with teens

Our group of fishermen loved the dock and caught too many fish to count! Plenty of room to spread out and a super comfortable home. Well stocked Kitchen and owner was very easy to work with. Definitely would stay again if we return to the area.

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was very clean and cozy! It was great to be on the canal! A lot of seating in the house. House had everything you need! Close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. We really had an amazing time! Only an hour from Myrtle! Will book again!!!

The location was perfect and the house was incredible. If there was a critique, it would be the mattress quality in the bunk bed room. Im sure they're fine for kids, but if a group of adults are staying at the house I would consider an air mattress. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this house to anyone!
