This exceptional brand new 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom Oak Island vacation rental is ideally situated between the ocean and Davis Canal, only steps to the beach and about a half mile to the Ocean Crest Pier! Highlights include a reverse floor plan to take full advantage of the marsh and ocean views from the main living spaces, a private pool with a meticulously manicured yard, 4 covered balconies, an elevator, and more. There's even beach gear available for your use, like chairs and a wagon.

Built in 2023, this home combines lavish outdoor space for entertaining and relaxing with impeccable coastal interior design! Be ready to be instantly blown away by the dramatic seaside views as you walk out of the elevator into the open floor plan on the main top floor. The living room features vaulted ceilings with a unique design, elegant shiplap accents, and an array of plush couches and chairs — perfect for enjoying your favorite programs on the generously sized flatscreen TV, complete with a soundbar. The sofa table has even been strategically placed to offer additional bar-style seating with 3 stylish stools, and a half bathroom on this level is available for added convenience.

The exquisite modern kitchen will inspire your inner chef with a remarkable Arabesque tile backsplash that complements the high-end stainless steel appliances, sleek cabinetry, and a large farmhouse-style sink. It has everything you'll need to create mouth-watering meals, including a dedicated drink/wine refrigerator to keep your beverages at the ideal temperature. The remaining 4 luxurious bedrooms are located downstairs and offer a tranquil coastal retreat for everyone traveling with you — each with a flatscreen TV for watching your favorite flicks! On the left side of the hallway, there's a gorgeous king bedroom featuring marsh views and a peaceful atmosphere.
