This absolutely beautiful home has spectacular ocean and island views! All bedrooms include flat screen TV’s, in addition to the great room.  You can relax your cares away on one of the two huge oceanside covered porches, and there are also two rear decks overlooking the in-ground pool.  The open concept/reverse floor plan offers an eat-in kitchen with a large island breakfast bar that seats seven, dining area with large dining table, and great room, as well as large windows to maximize the views.  You can see all the way to Bald Head Island and the ‘Old Baldy’ Lighthouse.  The home also has spectacular 270 degree views of Oak Island.  In addition to the in-ground pool, there is also an elevator.  This gorgeous home's centralized location is perfect for everything - access to the beach and pier, shopping, restaurants, and only a short drive into historic Southport.  This home offers upgraded amenities, including two dishwashers and two microwaves.  What are you waiting for?!  Get here soon so you can make A Perfect Landing!

Absolutely loved our stay! The location couldn’t be better — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Getting in was a breeze with easy access, and the place was sparkling clean and so comfortable. It felt like a home away from home! We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this rental to anyone visiting the area.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were fortunate to have good weather for the time of year. The house was perfect for our family Christmas gathering. It is a beautifully decorated house with plenty space for family entertainment (food, games, etc.)

Thanksgiving at the beach

There were some issues when we checked in on Wednesday before Thanksgiving. Apparently, the office closed early and we were unable to get a response until Friday morning. We were able to receive more towels, which is what we needed. Gerry with the rental company needs to retire. I don’t know how he could’ve been less helpful. Also - towels, linens are very low quality. They come bundled on the beds for you to assemble when you arrive. You get two towels per bedroom. Also, we didn’t have garbage bags in the trash cans, and had one roll of toilet paper for seven bedrooms, come prepared!
