There is a sense of calmness here that is like nowhere else you've ever been with the faint sound of a seagull crying out as he passes you by. Fall asleep at night to the gentle sound of the waves rolling onto the shore. It will be the most restful sleep you've had in a while. During the day, golf lover's can take advantage of the Oak Island Golf Course being right across the street. You can also tour and experience the magnificent long-range views from the Oak Island Lighthouse just down the road to the right of the condo complex. There is so much to do and all within a very short distance of this fantastic location - sky diving, helicopter rides, antique and boutique shopping, casual and fine dining on and off the island, fishing, and of course, the beach is just across the parking lot. Great place, clean, well maintained complex, perfect quiet area, Easy to get to from the airport, only thing they need is beach chairs!

Uncomfortable Condo

Overall, we were dissapointed in this condo. The locatation is great, easy access to the beach. However, the beds in the condo are not comfortable, especially the twin beds. Both bathrooms are very small. The air conditioner was not working on the day we checked in so we had to have a maintenance call. The air conditioner also didn't work on the next day, so we had to have another maintainence call. Not what you want to be doing on your vacation. The pillows and linens were not good. Also, there was a bag of dirty towels left on the table when we checked in. The pool is far away from the condo and very small. We would not stay in this condo in the future.
