Well, you're in luck because 0cean Horizons has it all for family fun and beach time!  Designed with large families in mind, this beach house has all the room for your entire crew including a 1st floor master bedroom with ensuite bath and all the modern amenities too. You will find 5 luxurious bedrooms complemented by 3.5 well-placed bathrooms (Master DN:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:1Q, BR4:1Q, BR5:2T).   After a long day on the beach or just returning from an easy stroll, shower or wash up in the hot and cold outside shower so you can begin prepping your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen with lots of space for all the chefs in your family to maneuver.  Even better, all 10 guests can dine together too!   Additionally, the main level great room offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out while eating snacks, sipping cold drinks and watching your favorite movies on smart TV.  This is what it is all about and you earned it!   Outside you will find plenty of space underneath for family fun including a play area so bring your outdoor games.  And let’s not forget everyone’s reason for coming to the beach which is why this 2nd row location with relatively easy beach access is what it’s all about!  And let’s not forget its close proximity to all of the Town’s restaurants, goods and services, Ocean Horizons is everything you want in a beach house and more so book now before your preferred week is taken!   Ample parking, no smoking, no pets of any kind.  Sat-Sat only in prime and peak seasons, 3-day min in all other seasons.  Check in: 3PM-5PM Check out:10AM

Beach lovers

House was nice , but ac was not great house was hot and it wasn’t even hot out yet! Beach was awesome ,location was awesome , people at check in office seemed angry about something they were all stomping around ..description said it had an outside hot shower ! Nope it had a garden hose with a hole in it and freezing cold water! .and living space was smaller then expected for such a big house! But all in all it was a nice stay …

Great location to the beach

On the first day there were issues with drainage in the two upstairs bathrooms (Showers and toilets), but after it was resolved on the second day, it was smooth sailing. It was a little disappointing to have to wait to shower and all cram in the lower level bathroom for the first day, but it seems it was handled as quickly as available.

Great Spot

Great beach rental! Super close beach access. The two balcony’s are perfect for relaxing. There are not a lot of extras provided (shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc) but that is told to you when booking. You also have to put on your linens (they are provided from a linen service.) but for the location it was worth it for our group!

Family Fun

This house accommodated us well. We were 6 adults (3 couples) and were all comfortable in our own rooms and bathrooms. When we were there the 1/2 bath on the main level was in need of repair and the kitchen could have used some restocking as far as utensils and nicer pots and pans but all in all we were able to enjoy our week of wonderful beach weather with family.

When we arrived the shower was on. Quite a bit of water on the floor upstairs but we called the after hours line and someone immediately came to clean it up and make sure it was ok. May need to inform the cleaning company but other than that we had a wonderful stay!

No complaints this was a really nice house with plenty of room to sleep 10. Big kitchen with lots of cookware! Games in the under house shed. Would stay again!

Nice place

I don’t feel the renters should have to make their own beds this is the first place they had ever made us do that. Honestly the last thing I want to worry about on vacation is having to make all those beds and then have to take all the bedding off and stuff in bags. I’m sure there are linen companies that provide that servoce

Great house but a lot of work

The house was beautiful and spacious and the location was great. However we had to get a toilet fixed and a light fixed during our 3 day stay. We also had to buy our own toilet paper (and other essentials), and make (then strip) our own beds. So if you mind doing a little work on your vacation, I would not rent from this company.

Will not go through this rental company again

House was very beautiful but it was very dirty when we checked in. We called about it and they sent an older couple to clean. They did nothing . The floors had not been mopped nor swept There was still food under the nasty glass top table. I had to vacuum the rug myself. The toilets still had urine on them and you could not even see in the mirrors. One of the cabinet doors in the kitchen was broke and fell on my daughter when she open rd it. I tried to call the rental company twice after the initial call and they ghosted me. I had to go buy cleaning supplies and clean the whole house before h allowed any of my family to bring anything inside. I own a cleaning company and this was what I had to do in my first day of vacation. We will not be yawing this company again. Hopefully the owners of the house see this and can see that they are letting a beautiful house go to ruins by this rental company.

Perfect location!

Our family had a great time in this house, the location was perfect, just a few minutes from everything we needed and a short walk to the beach. We did have to wait until four for check in and when we got to the house the outdoor trash can was full. By Sunday it was smelling pretty bad, I called the rental company and they had someone come and pick it up on Monday. The drains in the master bath were slow to drain they could have used some drain cleaner also the cleaning crew could have done a better job the floors weren’t super clean and the air return needed to be cleaned. The house was recently remodeled and was very nice over all.

Perfect Family Fit

This property fit our needs very well. Beach access was a very short walk across the road with no need for a car or golf cart load up. The family space was generous as well as the size of the bedrooms. Kitchen features were very nice and up to date but cookware was lacking if eating in is part of your vacation plan. Some very simple housekeeping equipment such as a decent vacuum and a broom would have been very helpful for day to day cleanliness. The location of the property was excellent!

Loved our stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. The house was very clean upon arrival. Great location and view. The walk to the beach was easy. We had 7 adults and one baby and everyone felt very comfortable. Check in and check out was really simple. The home has been renovated recently and it looks great!

Girls Family Weekend

Nice property for our Get Together Weekend. Five bedrooms slept 10. Good 3-1/2 baths for 10 women Ample room for all to sit on sofa on main floor and around dining room; extra sleep space too. Easy walk to beach. Ample parking.

Great week at the beach

This property was fantastic and just as advertised. Very clean. Great location close to beach- decks were perfect to enjoy the ocean any time of day or night. Easy drive to Wilmington. Only complaint is a small one - property has lots of cooking pots utensils etc but only has one frying skillet! Other than that extremely well furnished.
