"Where do I begin? The bathrooms in the lobby was locked with a lock on both. The manager had to unlock the restroom and told me what stall to use because the others were broken. The room was not as advertised on the page. The air conditioner was not keeping the room cool, the toilet in the room was leaking water from the tank when it was flushed, The WiFi was not working when trying to connect the tv to it we could not use the tv, housekeeping was not available 24hrs, we asked for more towels...

"The staff was friendly and property was clean but our room smelled like urine really bad. I possibly would stay in a smaller room in future but the big room with kitchenette was very smelly of strong urine. The staff were nice though."

"When I got to the address listed in this booking it was an abandoned Days Inn with no people in site. There was zero signage indicating I was in the right place and it felt unsafe and super sketchy. I did not stay here and will be using my travel insurance for false advertising/the motel not apparently existing as advertised"
