We are less than 5 minutes from Ft Campbell main gate 4, just 10 miles from Austin Peay State University, and 4 miles from I-24, providing access to Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia. You can enjoy the nearby casino within walking distance, and conveniently 2.2 miles from Super Walmart and various dining options. Additionally, Nashville is just an hour away for those looking to explore the vibrant city.

The space
We're delighted to provide our guests with exclusive access to the entire house, ensuring a private and comfortable stay. Enjoy the luxuries of home, including a master bedroom with a full bathroom, while the other two bedrooms share a spacious full hall bathroom. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and smart TVs for your convenience.

Relax in the living room with a 65" Smart TV that can be moved and adjusted to your liking. Ample seating is provided with a full couch, a love seat, and a chair, creating a cozy atmosphere. Nestled in a closed-off small community just outside Ft Campbell's main gate 4, our beautiful home offers proximity to Ft Campbell, restaurants, Walmart, and is within walking distance to the Oak Grove Casino and Racetrack. Guest access
We've arranged for your convenience 24-hour access to the house using a personal access/group code. This access is available from your check-in time starting at 4:00 pm until your check-out time at 10:00 am.

If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we'll do our best to fulfill these requests, please be aware that availability may be limited based on the check-in or check-out schedules of our future or current guests. Also there is a $25 fee associated with each.

For the safety and security of our guests and the property, we have outdoor cameras that record throughout all reservations. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to ensure your stay is secure and enjoyable.

Other things to note
We want to provide you with important information about additional fees to ensure a transparent and enjoyable experience:
1. Additional Guest Fee: There is an extra charge of $10 per night for each guest beyond 4, up to the maximum occupancy of 7 guests.
2. Pet Fee: We welcome furry friends, and our pet fee is calculated differently than the standard flat fee. It is based on the number of nights and the number of pets. This approach is fair to both short-term and long-term guests. Please be aware of the following pet fee details:
-First pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 per month.
-Each additional pet: $25 per night, up to a maximum of $250 each.
-Please limit the number of pets to a maximum of three (3).
