"Staff were friendly and informative. Stayed here with our 5 month old puppy and enjoyed our stay. Hotel and rooms were very clean. The beds weren’t the most comfortable to sleep in but met our needs."

However, the experience with the breakfast buffet staff was not as positive—one staff member seemed to watch our every movement, which was off-putting. "This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross. They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong. Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

Come back then they tell me they didn’t have a room for me. I’m coming all the way from CANADA with my kids for basketball tournament. 2 of my kids has Down Syndrome atautistic and the other one has Crohn’s we’ve been travelling for eight hours and they tell me they don’t have a room for me that I booked. I tried to go to other places to see if they...

"The first room that we were given still had cleaning supplies in it and the electronic door lock did not secure the door. There was no breakfast provided as listed. We were very disappointed with this hotel and don't recommend you stay there unless price is your only considerartion."

"We stayed here for Miami graduation. It was a little bit of a drive but the hotel was clean and comfortable: they had a great breakfast buffet and the rooms were clean. There are a couple of restaurants by the hotel and you drive country roads to get to the hotel. The room was not straightened up while we were out but that is ok."

We stood in line for close to 20 min as only 1 staff member was checking guests in. She was nice but why aren’t there more people working, especially at check in time? The coffee bar in the morning was sooo slow/long. Probably 15 people deep all morning. That poor barista was so overwhelmed. Taking orders/register & making all the drinks. 2 people should’ve been back...
