"Brilliant place to stay with a young family. Nothing is too difficult for the staff. We had a bit of an issue with our first cabin with water seeping through the grout in the tiles in the kitchen, the team insisted we move and upgraded us to one of the new cabins as well as helping us move. The pool is incredible! Spa warm and main pool warm. The kids pool was a bit too cold for us but that didnt matter. "This is an honest property! It has everything there we need for a comfortable stay. it is easy to check in with clear instructions so we could arrive in the evening when we wanted. The host answered queries within minutes. it is close to shops and a coffee house and easy parking on the street. It is quiet and comfortable. We have stayed there before when we visit Canberra and will stay again"

"This property was an absolute disaster. It was old and shabby in the extreme. We had to leave immediately upon arrival as there was an awful smell inside. I discovered the source of the smell in a kitchen bin which had not been emptied. It contained a rotting dog bone and meat offcuts covered in maggots.
