Room was located at the end of the hall next to an exterior door and I don't know if it was that door, or other room doors around me, but I heard door closings which seemed loud in my room, until late evening. "4 night stay for vacation. Central location for various day trips. Room clean, toilets were very low and had problems with stoppage which required super to fix. Great bed. Comfortable suite, roomy. Fit our needs well. Breakfast was fine, had the basics, staff all friendly and helpful."

"I would say this was more like a motel 6. Room was not as clean as it could’ve been. There was a couple of sticky spots on the bathroom floor that could’ve easily been scrapped off. The room hadn’t been properly vacuumed. There was bits of trash on the floor in between the bed nightstand and we found the kids toy and other garbage behind the TV stand. "Pool was closed. Room smelled heavily of smoke. We had three people in the room and it was stocked with only two towels; when we went to the front desk to ask for another towel, we were told to “find one of the ladies outside.”"

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had cockroaches, the AC was broken, and there was trash left sitting in the hallway during our stay. It did not feel clean or properly maintained at all. When I discovered the roaches, I asked to switch rooms, but the staff said they were unable to accommodate us because the hotel was fully booked for Bottlerock weekend and there were no rooms available. "I never have had to pay for services that I didn’t use. Will not be staying there again. Desk staff told me it wasnt their problem that i booked for 4 nights and changed plans and stayed 2 nights. They charged me anyway. Will never use this hotel again and will not be referring this place."

"As someone who normally travels with my standard size(45-50lbs) Goldendoodle, I’ll talk about the pros and cons from that perspective. Pros: -The room we had had plenty of room to walk around & play with his toys! Which meant I wouldn’t have to go from the 4th floor, outside to a parking lot, or load up in the car to go find a suitable place in the heat or in the dark; except when it was time to potty. -My Goldendoodle doesn’t shed. "The hot breakfast was terrible. Not worth the price we pay for the room. Any time you need to talk to someone at front desk there was no one around. Stood for 10 mins but no one came to help. The phone kept on ringing but no answer. The beds had wrong size bed frame ( small)"

"This is a very clean place the rooms will vary on upkeep this one needs work. Biggest issue is the beds being hard as rocks and if you stay in the building where the rooms are outdoors the sound from everything outside of the room is very loud."
