"Key did not work in the door. Took me 15 minutes of jiggling it to get it to work. Bathroom was not clean - green mould growing around both taps & mouldy tiles in shower. On duty manager was polite & very apologetic re the door lock & prompt to reply after hours. Very overpriced for the facilities ..."
