This is a place designed for easy living: coastal calm within reach of everything, and a comfortable base to come back to.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to 6 guests across 2 bedrooms, with 2 beds and a sofa for additional sleeping. Whether you're arriving as a family or a small group of friends, the layout gives everyone room to settle in and spread out comfortably.

 

Indoor comfort

A private entrance opens into a single-level home with elevator access - no stairs, no complicated navigation, just an easy flow from door to living space. The condo is cleaned before your arrival, and a dedicated workspace makes it a practical option for anyone working remotely during their stay. The TV provides an easy wind-down at the end of the day.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, and everything you need to put together meals at your own pace. Wine glasses, dishes, and silverware are all provided. The dining table gives the group a proper place to gather - whether that's over a slow morning breakfast or a meal planned around the evening ahead.

 

Outdoor living

A patio or balcony extends the living space outdoors, furnished with outdoor seating and sun loungers where you can take in the warm Nayarit air. The building's pool is available for a refreshing break from the heat, and bikes are on hand for anyone who wants to explore the surrounding area at their own pace. Location and neighborhood

Set within Plaza 3.14 Nuevo Vallarta, the condo sits at the center of a lively, walkable environment with restaurants, shops, and gathering spaces just outside the door. The waterfront is immediately accessible, and Nuevo Nayarit's long stretch of Pacific coastline offers beaches and natural scenery within easy reach. Puerto Vallarta is a short drive away for anyone looking to explore further.

 

Practical details

A free parking garage on premises and free street parking make arrivals and day trips straightforward. The building includes an elevator, and long-term stays are permitted for guests needing extended flexibility. Window guards and both smoke and carbon monoxide alarms are in place for safety. Please note this unit does not include a washer, air conditioning, heating, or essentials - guests should plan accordingly.



Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your charter and regulations. Upon your arrival, our staff will be pleased to welcome you at the reception for Check-In, available from 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m. After this time, check-in is not allowed, so please take your precautions. If you need to check-in outside these hours, please let us know in advance so we can provide you with the assistance you need and coordinate your arrival. *Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be before 18:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



The Neighborhood:

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.



Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to move around the area and go to restaurants, visit stores and other attractions.



For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



The resort is a 20 minute drive from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.

However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. Terra is located in a development in which it has its own facilities, so you can not make use of other facilities that do not correspond to the Terra tower. -Because of the nature of the destination it is common that on the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend using repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. Electricity consumption: Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total kw that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed. IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
