"The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Tucumcari, New Mexico, USA was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"

"We couldn't believe how spacious this apartment was! Kristi, the manager, communicated with us before and during our stay, and even had a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Our unit had a great living room, full kitchen, bedroom with two big beds, and pull-out sofa. And TWO full bathrooms. After a long day of hiking, it was just perfect for the three of us. We fully recommend High Plains Lodge!"

"Property was under renovation which was Not disclosed when booking, it was dirty, disorganized, smelly, and looked abandon from the outside. The room was dated, the shower floor was discolored and looked so dirty. The shower leaked water everywhere. "

As long as the bathroom door was closed it was no issue. The room down from us had two dogs that were left alone and were barking non stop. The tv volume would only go as low as 10. "Room was large which was nice. No issues with the bed. The couch wasn't vacuumed and had crumbs and there was other dirt and dust on some of the furniture. It was very loud when people went in and out of doors and rooms. Was ok overnight when people settled in. Good enough for a one night stop over."

"This hotel is nice. It was clean, with nice staff. The bathroom sink didn't drain. Took quite a while for it to go down. And I can't sleep on polyester sheets and bedding. It makes me sweat and it's sticky. I'm just used to 100% cotton. "

"The guest clerk was very nice and courteous. We were greeted with a nice hot breakfast. Parking was well lighted, and we saw there was cameras throughout the property. Our room in the other hand, the dead bolt lock was broken, the tub didnt drain, and we didnt have linen. We did receive linen once i reported it and they did put a work order for the lock in for the next day. We were able to put in a temporary fix for the lock."
