"While the room and everything was very clean it seems like maybe it was so new that they didn't have everything figured out so we had a little bit of issue with dining options, using the TV, and finding the front door 🤔 we ended up parking in the casino parking lot because there were parking barriers up where the GPS told us to go and there were no signs pointing to the hotel entry. But it was very clean and comfortable."

"3 out of 4 elevators were out of service.
The room service did not provide any coffee pods for our room, no cream either.
The elevator stunk like stagnant dirty water.
The front desk staff was rude, and barely begrudgingly helpful.
The ice maker was leaking all over the floor.
The coffee in the lobby was old and bad tasting.
They cleaned our room only once in 4 days."

"I love staying at this hotel. Since my condo having renovations being here is close to being home. Very quiet and the staff is always helpful and it’s clean. My only issue which is minor sometimes when I want to stream a movie the apps on the smart tv don’t work."

"We enjoyed our stay the hotel was spotless, room and linens fresh. Breakfast was hot and fresh the grandkids especially loved the waffles. The staff were friendly and engaging with us and grandkids which was very nice. Unfortunately there was vandalism to some cars ours being one, but the staff Zenia and Nazario went out of their way to help us. They gave us supplies to be able to drive 5 hrs home and Nazario even vacuumed the car out so it was safe for us to travel. So besides that glitch it...
