"We expected 2 queen beds we got 2 double beds.The security lock on the door was broken,the smoke/fire alarm was just a wire hanging from the ceiling and the second bath towel was full of suspect stains. The only positive was the gentleman on reception on checking out who listened and apologized and later called to say we would get a refund.We would never recommend this place "

"Room was excellent and the beds were very comfortable. We went just prior to the season start so things were very calm. If i was to take issue with one thing; it would have been the shower was cool and never got hot. Not cold...but could have been warmer. "

"Kaylee, John and the rest of the staff were helpful and patient. We felt like we were home. My daughter and I will definitely be back here to stay. We took many pictures and videos and will tell everyone about our stay here. Having a Galley on each floor was helpful as we had everything we needed within reach.
