The room was ok the shower was disgusting the aircon didn't work no spoons to make a drink. Staff were polite and informative and just needed alot of maintenance. Will not stay again.

Novotel Swan Valley Vines Resort
I wouldn’t opt for a room facing the pool and would put in a request not to be in future . Lots of mosquitos in the room and staff just explained away as we were ground floor near the pool area. Very Nice Place to stay in Joondalup close to the main shopping centre, Pubs & Restaurants, clean, Great Staff. I did at first think it was a bit expensive but with the perks U get with it Great Coffee Machine, 24 hour Gym, Secure Parking is a extra $15 which isn't to much, Laundry Matt is included ...
