The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a rustic and typical local style. Due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and secluded hillside location, the domicile is also popular. Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Covered hot tub for relaxation with a water temperature of 36 degrees. A special charm is offered by heating the water with firewood. The price of EUR 50 includes the use of the hot tub, cleaning, one-time filling with water, bathrobes and towels, as well as unlimited use of firewood. The hot tub is suitable for 2-4 people. In the vicinity of the vineyard hut (approx. 3 km away), the owner has his own beehive (suitable for apitherapy). Visits are possible by prior arrangement with the owner.

Ground floor: Cellar 32 sqm and with Wine cellar where guests have access to local wines produced by the cottage owner.
1st floor: Bedroom 32 sqm and with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at couch/sofa, dinette, TV and Dimensions of the double bed 150x200cm. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the balcony. Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom 5 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
In addition, your studio is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine.


Location
Novo mesto, 315 m above sea level. The studio is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages, or Zidanice, are small, charming houses built in the vineyards on picturesque hills in the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the old days, the vineyard master used the Zidanica as a place to sleep when working in the vineyards, to store wine, and to entertain his closest friends. The Vineyard Cottage is located on the quiet and peaceful vineyard hill of Trška Gora, above Novo Mesto, the capital of the Dolenjska region. The cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Snow chains are recommended in winter. Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
