The property consists of two separate accommodation units connected by external stairs, providing guests with additional privacy and flexibility during their stay. The ground floor features an apartment with three bedrooms and a covered terrace, while the upper floor offers another apartment with two bedrooms and a spacious enclosed terrace with a large dining table, perfect for social gatherings. Both terraces overlook the pool and the surrounding nature.



Guests have access to five bedrooms with double beds, a sofa bed for two persons, and additional extra beds/mattresses suitable for families with children. The house also includes two living rooms, two fully equipped kitchens, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bathtub), as well as an additional toilet. All rooms, except the bathrooms, are fitted with mosquito nets. The property is air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi, while a baby cot and high chair are available upon request. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of two coffee machines.



A special highlight of the property is the carefully designed outdoor area created for relaxation and socializing. The private swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, while the covered terrace next to the pool, equipped with a dining table and chairs, is ideal for outdoor meals during warm summer evenings. Guests can also use the barbecue and outdoor shower, while the fully fenced yard ensures privacy and safety. Beneath the olive tree, there is a charming little corner perfect for morning coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine.



To complete the authentic Dalmatian experience, the owners occasionally offer homemade organic products from their garden, and homemade lunches or dinners can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. The nearest beach is only a few minutes away by car, while a hidden wild beach can be reached through a pleasant walk in nature.
