Family-friendly 4-star beach holiday apartment

Our apartment overlooks the sea and was recently described by the local tourist board as 4 star apartment categorized, what is to be found rather rare in Croatia.

The approximately 45 square meters large apartment consists of a bedroom, a living area which is also a sleeping area (2 bedrooms) can be used, a bathroom with shower and an approximately 10sqm large sun terrace. The kitchen area is integrated in the living area. All rooms face the sea. The private beach is just 20 meters away from the apartment. The motto is: Enjoy and make fully relaxed holiday!

Direct sea view and private beach in front of the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need (at home). All kitchen appliances (incl. Dishwasher), a new bathroom with shower. Sheets and towels, duvets and pillows, as well as two comfortable sunbeds. On the terrace you can have a good time and enjoy the sunset in the Mediterranean ambience. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are available at need. The couch in the living room for two people sufficient space to sleep and is very comfortable. Even lying down (from the couch) you see the sea. A private parking space (A7) is located behind the house and is daytime largely protected from the sun. Use of the washing machine, WiFi high speed internet, air conditioning, sun beds, towels and sheets are included. A German and international television program is available via satellite Digital Smart TV available, so you need not miss any shipment from home. An awning protects you if necessary prior to sun exposure.
The neighborhood is very pleasant. It is a good working relationship and invites you to come back. Has the bay of Stara Novalja what the magic touch. The sea is especially in the morning very quiet and smooth as glass. In the evening the sunset which shines directly onto the terrace spoiled. Since Stara Novalja is a quiet place and nightlife in the 2km away Novalja and Zrce takes place (5km), you can sleep at night very refreshed and relaxed. Restaurants and grocers are within walking distance (about 150 meters).
