"Always enjoy staying here. Splendid room, spacious and comfortable. Building itself is historic. Breakfast was very good and worth having, not least for the magnificence of the surroundings. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. "

"I stayed one night. The room was clean and well appointed, and the staff were polite and helpful. Parking was easy amd safely off the road. I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely book again if I am in the area."

"Very pleasant and helpful Manager and staff. We had a nice-sized room, a little basically furnished but adequate and very clean, with a very comfortable 6’ double bed. Menus gave us a good choice and the food was enjoyed. Very good value for money and, when in the area, this would be our first choice of accommodation."
