The space This beautifully furnished apartment is situated on a 5th Floor and accessed by lifts. It comprises of 1 double bedroom ( with a kingsize bed for 2 guests ) . There is a bathroom with a shower and a bath. Facilities available include all mod cons and with a fully equipped kitchen and added extras such as a blender to cook if you wish. Also available is an internet connected flat-screen TV with Netflix, free high-speed WiFi , small fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, towels and a washer/dryer.There is a designated work area, ideal for your laptop (Please see photo - laptop not included in the rental). The apartment is centrally located with major tourist attractions on its doorstep which makes it convenient for both leisure and business travellers. Although, it is centrally located, it is within a quiet and relaxing area of the City Centre. It is safe and has the added security of a 24 hour Concierge and security. Apartment is just within 5 minutes walk of the Motorpoint Arena and 10 minutes walk of Hockley, Lace Market and Nottingham Town Centre surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants - close to bus and tram stops. The Apartment comes with the availability of Off Street Car Parking - charges apply! Guests will have access to the whole apartment. There's also an onsite public car parking which is reasonably price compared to others nearby. Overview of neighbourhood Immaculate Apartment building within quiet surroundings, located in the postcode location of NG1 City Centre of Nottingham offering a perfect location! The Apartment is just a short walk to all of Nottingham’s finest shops, restaurants and bars. Everything that you need is within walking distance. There is a 24 hour Londis Shop literally across the Apartment Block . Lace Market is just across the street, all the pubs, restaurants and nightclubs are all within a short 5 min walk. Getting around Everything is within walking distance which makes this Space ideal for the City experience, if exploring the City or stopping over to use Motorpoint Arena or theatre Royal. There is no need for a car or transport as everything is with in 10 -15 walking distance. Bus routes and bus stops are just 2 minutes across the road. The nearest tram stop is also just 7 minute walk away. The national train station is also 15 minutes walk away. The East Midlands airport is also around 30 minute drive away.
