"We only had 1 night but we left wishing we could stay. The flat was lovely and clean and had everything we could want. The bed is super comfy. Bathroom was a good size shower was excellent. Check in was so easy. I met the gentleman and his 2 lovely boys and was sorry we didn’t see them when we left. Highly recommend."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. "This is a really good hotel. The location is great for the theatres and cinema in Nottingham. It's in front of Rock City and a 20 min walk from the station. There are good restaurants nearby but the hotel also has 2 restaurants, room service and bar meals. It's worth upgrading to use the Club Lounge too. Comfy beds, quiet rooms and a bath! Theres a pool and soa too. No complaints!"

"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
