Magnificent individual chalet of 100sqm on two levels of accommodation for eight people. South facing with mountain view, you will certainly be seduced. Your children will be seduced by the farm next door where they can meet chickens, rabbits and cows.

* On the GROUND FLOOR: large bright main room with equipped kitchen open to living room, including 4 induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator; dining area with square table for convivial meals; lounge area with TV and non-convertible sofa; access to a large sheltered terrace facing EAST as well as a balcony facing SOUTH; bathroom with walk-in shower and sink; Separate WC; laundry room with various storage and LAUNDRY WASHER.

* ON TE FIRST FLOOR: a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bedroom with 2 single beds (2x90x200), mezzanine with a pull-out sofa bed (2x90x190). Bedding equipped with duvets. Access to a SOUTH facing balcony. Large bathroom with shower and sink. Separate toilets.

* Ski locker in the garage located on level -1.

The chalet "Le Champ de la Caille" is a cosy individual chalet, totally new, located 1km from the foot of the slopes of Espace Diamant ski area and the ski school. In winter, a ski shuttle bus stop 150m from the chalet. Centre village at 3km. In winter, bread and snack at 1km.

The village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is located in the heart of Espace Diamant. With its 192km of slopes and its 6 resorts-villages linked (Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz sur Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, Hauteluce), everyone will make the most of his holidays.

Notre Dame de Bellecombe is made of several hamlets, each one with its own particularity. Les Favrays, located close to NDB 1350, is on the sunny side of the mountain, benefiting from a very nice open view. It is in a quiet and preserved area. Your children might appreciate to visit farm animals, because you will be close to a farm. Attention, car essential.

In summer, you will be close to many paths and will enjoy walking or mountain biking. The chairlift of Mont Rond, opened twice a week, will enable you to have an easy and quick access to the most astonishing views on the Mont Blanc. The lake of Flumet and its games for children are only 7km from the chalet. Les Saisies are at 10min drive.

Calme et paysage merveilleux

La destination entre les aravis et le beaufortin etait deja une tres belle destination La situation du chalet , le chalet par lui meme et la gentillesse des propriétaires ont largement contribué a nous rendre encore plus satisfait de nos vacances Le chalet dispose de tous les equipements et est tres bien amenagé
