- This home is located in an exclusive gated community. The neighborhood appreciates the calm and tranquil environment that is Bosque Verde. As such there are noise restrictions that must be maintained. No noise after 10pm please and be respectful of neighbors during the day.
- A vehicle is required to reach this property. It is 15 min to the beach and it is located at the top of a hill. You cannot walk from here.
- The neighborhood is extremely secure with a guard at the gate 6am-6pm most days and other times you will be provided a QR code to open the gate.
