Accommodations for twelve (12) people, and incredible indoor and outdoor spaces, Casa Blanca and Casita Blanca are perfect for a family vacation, yoga, or surfing trip with friends. All three bedrooms in the main house feature en-suite bathrooms. Lounge areas are designed with space for the whole group in mind, but a few well-crafted little nooks allow privacy when desired. Casita Blanca is a brand new addition just on the other side of the pool, it features two spacious bedrooms with king beds and private bathrooms, a beautiful and well-equipped kitchenette, a terrace overlooking the jungle, and AC in the bedrooms.
Blanca’s location is nestled in the trees (with the monkeys), atop the hill in the K section, for exquisite evening breezes. Yet, amazingly, Blanca is only a few minutes' walk to the beach.
Blanca’s location on the Guanacaste Peninsula assures you of near-perfect weather all year. Taking advantage of that, Blanca was designed to merge seamlessly from inside to out, with numerous windows and doors to promote the flow of fresh ocean breezes and natural sunlight, providing ultimate relaxation for our guests. Nicely appointed décor, with luxurious linens and towels, are supplied for your comfort. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with an additional outdoor grill. Enjoy al fresco dining at mealtimes. On the terrace, guests will love the pool and jetted tub, sun loungers, hammocks, and soothing ocean sounds. The property is protected by EcoMosquito, providing protection without the use of airborne pesticides. A full-time management company is available to help make your stay even more worry-free.

Fantastic property, fantastic host, fantastic location

We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in May 2025. Property is better than the pictures, clean and very well-maintained. High-end neighborhood, with security visible around the neighborhood. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, birds and pesotes roaming around the property. We were a party of eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, with one bedroom we did not even use. Pool is in great shape and was serviced twice during the week. House cleaners came by and cleaned inside and out early in the week, although we had only been there for 4 days. Chris was super helpful, providing intros to local vendors who were top notch. Very responsive to questions and requests. Even drove me to town to pick up a golf cart the first day. I would definitely stay there again, everything was A!

Great property, even better host!

This property is a great layout for multi-family groups and its proximity to Guiones for swimming and surfing is prime! As other reviewers have mentioned the ONLY thing lacking here is a dishwasher, which may not be an issue if you don’t plan to cook much in the home. The pool and rancho are incredible bonus spots to have on the property, we spent so much time hanging at the house enjoying these features. But more than the property itself Chris is what makes this listing really stand apart. He is so helpful and responsive; he was able to arrange a high chair and pack’n’play and initial grocery delivery to the home before we even arrived. He has excellent recommendations for local services and restaurants, including a private chef and masseuse which were both outstanding. The internet went down during our stay and he brought his personal hotspot over right away for us to use. I really recommend Casa Blanca if you’re traveling to Nosara as you will be well taken care of!

Pura Vida!

We had an awesome week in Casa Blanca. It was paradise! The main house and Casita were absolutely beautiful, fully equipped and perfect for downtime for a family gathering of five adults and three children. (4-8yo ). The layout of the property is PERFECTLY planned. The bedrooms are nicely decorated and have great A/C. The beds were comfortable. There are numerous outside gathering spots. The ranchero is great for grilling and chilling. The pool area is a great mix of sun and shade during the hot afternoon sun and so refreshing. The outside showers are awesome. The tropical setting is perfect. I was sold with the mention of howler monkeys and they did not disappoint. A group of 8 to 10 (one with a baby on her back) came through the property’s canopy of trees twice during the week. So cool!! Great videos! Definitely a highlight of the trip. The property is located close to town, great restaurants and the beautiful beaches, however we did rent a golf cart (bumpy) which we exchanged for a car, which worked better with the kids. Chris was great with helping us plan our activities and things to do in the area and anything else we needed. The Tuesday outdoor market was fun.( fresh fruit, the best). Housekeeping and pool cleaners came during the week. It really was wonderful. As you can tell a great time was had by all.

Perfect !!

We have been many times in Costa Rica and this villa, and it’s host (Chris), is by far the greatest place we have stayed ! The villa was very clean and so enjoyable ! The pool, the patio, the cabana… everything was amazing. It is surrounded by the forest but close to the beach and restaurants. Would highly recommand and certainly return ourselves.

Paradise Found

We were a party of 10, our family of 7 plus 3 boyfriends and we stayed for a week in February. I can not say enough about Casa Blanca and Nosara in general. The house is well kept, clean and comfortable for all 10 of us. Good beds, amazing pool area, jungle deck and upper deck where we played cards every night. The house is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest beach entrance and a 20 min walk to the shops in town. This translates to a 5 min golf cart ride to the beach and 10 min to town. Very easy to navigate to all areas but out of the bustle of being closer to Nosara town. We went to bed by 10pm everynight and were up and surfing by 7:30am. Morning and Sunset surfs were awesome and then home to hang at the pool, read and nap. The absolute best holiday and I would come back to Casa Blanca in a minute.

Had a great stay at Casa Blanca. Perfect for traveling with larger group given the two separate houses on the property. Would recommend renting a golf cart to make it easier to get down to the beach/town.

Perfect Getaway

We loved this house, casita and all the outdoor areas. It feels very private (waking to howler monkeys and watching the coatimundi every day were awesome!). The grounds people came every few days to clean away all the debris from that falls from the trees and to freshen up the pool. There are bugs at night but if you keep indoor lights off, it isn't really an issue. The concierge service that comes with this house is FABULOUS! They were so helpful booking our excursions and dinner reservations. I think the only downfall to this property is that the road getting to the house is very rutted and bumpy (more than that other Nosara roads). Our golf carts struggled up the hill a few times when loaded with families and pool bags. Overall a great place to stay and relax!

Great stay in walking distance to beach

We really enjoyed our stay - it was great to have the main house and the Casita which gave everyone sufficient space to hang out together but also separately. Great location - quiet but yet in walking distance to the beach. Only reason why I didn’t give it a 5 star rating was the lack of a dish washer in the main house and the Casita which made meals / clean up for many people a little time consuming. Perhaps a worthwhile addition for the host to consider.

Wow! Incredible Stay at Casa Blanca.

Our family and friends had an absolutely fantastic stay at this spectacular home and property - this is truly a best-kept secret in Nosara. The location felt safe and secure and had great proximity to Playa Guiones (10 - 15 min walk or 5 mins in a car or golf cart). Each morning, we were torn as to whether to venture out to the beach or to an excursion, or simply enjoy the pool and outdoor areas at Casa Blanca. The setup is amazing for multiple families with five bedrooms and the separation of the Casita. We were a group of two families (two parents and two kids each) and one set of grandparents. We really enjoyed feeling close to nature from the howler monkeys serving as our natural alarm clock each morning to the cute coatimundis and iguanas passing through the property (and the occasional herd of cows as well). We had so much fun hanging out in different areas of the property, from the balcony, to the poolside, to the amazing Rancho overlooking the ravine. Also, our property manager, Pablo, was super responsive and helpful for anything we needed during our stay (mil gracias, Pablo!), which is incredibly valuable. Needless to say, we never wanted to leave…and can’t wait to come back. We highly recommend Casa Blanca.

Excellent Stay and Great Support from Property Management

We had a terrific 5-day-stay in January 2023. The house is fantastic and the photos reflect it well. This is a great property for a crowd given the smaller ranch house and the main house, and there are lots of outdoor spaces for gathering (or for solitude). The kids had fun watching iguanas and coati mundis and birds from the Rancho and the porch. While it is walking distance from the beach (about 10 -15 minutes), is is downhill making for a long walk UP post-beach if you are with children or have gear/surfboard. (I would recommend renting a vehicle of some kind). That said, there was always parking at the various beach access points, and it was nice to drive those 5 minutes back to end up somewhere quiet and in the trees at the end of the day. The Property Management company is fantastic and assisted with concierge services in advance of our stay including transport from Liberia, helping with local car rental, setting up activities for us, and advising on restaurants and reservations etc. Having access to them was an unexpected perk of the property that really helped us have a great stay! We would gladly stay again if we were coming this way again.

Perfect for a large family and excellent response from management

The size of the house fit out maximum size party with plenty of room. We took full advantage of the faculty and was not let down. Dinner and late night drinks on the balcony. Midday in the pool or lounging with a book in the outdoor patio. Breakfast watching the monkeys eat their mangos. We even cooked in the kitchens and on the Grill.

Love Nosara and Casa Blanca is great!

I've been to Nosara personally a few times with friends and love it. Perfect balance of things especially with family. There is fun for everyone in Nosara . Now to the house. A beautiful house, about a 10 minute walk to a perfect beach and about 25 minutes to the center of Nosara (get a golf cart or something if walking that much in the heat is too much for you). The house was clean and really lovely. The backyard is shady, which is wonderful in the CR heat. The property management people were stellar and incredibly responsive to all of my requests, many of which were last minute because I didn't plan enough activities in advace as I should have. So really 5 stars to the management company. My daughter even broke a shower door by mistake and was hurt and they put me in touch with a medical facility and had all the glass cleaned up within about an hour. ALso, the hot water heater blew one day, and it was replaced by the next morning. So the house (actually two houses) is set up for a great family trip and the side area you see on the pic is a perfect spot for morning yoga or a massage or to just read a book. I recommend getting outside to the yard early, like 5-6 a.m. when its cool out and the birds are signing and other cool animals are out like the monkeys. The main house has AC in the bedrooms but not the main areas. The smaller house has AC for the entire house. Only small negative was that the adults thought several of the beds were fairly uncomfortable, but we are 50+ so maybe that that with a grain of salt. Good side of that was that is enouraged me to get out of bed early and go the pool area, which as i said, is a dream in the morning. a great house with a great management company, and I don't usually pass out those sort of compliments that easily! You won't be sorry if you visit Nosara and Casa Blanca!
