There are only 4 VIP rooms so it’s the luck of the draw what you get. The room is perfect, comfortable, clean, close to departures and literally perfect if you’re flying from the south terminal. "Comfy easy access room with walk-in shower, very helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet given it was Eater Saturday night. EV charger parking spot was occupied for many hours by a non-electric vehicle and the adjacent spot occupied by an EV which was not on charge. Staff said they were not responsible for its use."

"Hotel is easy to locate and convenient for access to motorway (M25) and into Reigate centre where I found a car charger and a curry house and other shops. Reception were welcoming, had to take luggage and golf clubs up a flight of stairs then to end of corridor, no lift I could see. Inconvenient but wouldn't be great for someone with less mobility.
