Great place for parent’s’ weekend!

Beautiful villa a short drive from the Coast Guard Academy that allowed us to visit with our son but feel like he could be away from campus at the same time. Great location and great place!

Girls Trip

This condo is a great, cozy place! It's very quiet and so close to Mohegan Sun. (A really good option if you want more space than a hotel room). My friends and I have stayed at this condo three times so far. The owner is very responsive!

Girls trip for high school friends of 40+ years

We have stayed at this exact property before (2 years ago), and we have stayed at the condos at The Spa at Norwich Inn several times over the years, and we like the area and the amenities. This unit is well-configured for a group of 4, but it is starting to look more worn and less well-kept than 2 years ago. The property manager texted before our arrival to let us know that the keypad was not working and that we could use a coded key box to access the unit, and it worked out fine. Another time during the stay, I texted the property manager asking about more toilet paper and paper towels. Within a few minutes, she dropped off the requested supplies by the front door, but it seems strange that for a booking for 4 people and 3 nights, there was a half roll of paper towels and about 2.5 rolls of toilet paper with only a few sheets per roll, but again, the issue was resolved quickly. So communication and responsiveness was excellent! Another plus is the great location on the Spa at Norwich Inn property, with 2 pools, hot tub and sauna. As far as the unit itself, it definitely was not as well cleaned as in the past. There was a dirty spot on the floor by the entrance, little spider webs and spiders in the bathrooms, and the shower liners in both bathrooms were gross. The mirrors were cleaned but maybe with Lysol wipes, so they had swirls throughout. For the price, one would expect a little more attention to detail, but good location and communication.
