The kitchen is compact yet bright with a sky light, shaker style units and a door opening onto the front garden. This room has been fitted to a high specification to include an electric combi microwave/grill/oven, electric induction hob, dishwasher and fridge. Once prepared, enjoy meals in the open-plan lounge/diner, where an intimate table for two sits in one of the many windows. At the end of a long day relax and unwind in the comforts of the sitting room, whilst making the most of the Freeview TV/DVD and fully-stocked bookcase. The bedroom has been elegantly furnished with a king-size bed, ornate mirror, large wardrobe and a bedside table, there is a wall mounted mirror useful when drying your hair. At the end of a long walk along the coastal path, there is no better way to soothe aching muscles than with a long soak in the free-standing roll-top bath, or why not luxuriate in the walk-in shower.


To the front of the property is a decked area with stylish garden furniture, where on a nice day you can sit and enjoy the sunshine. Whilst to the rear you will find an attractive garden with fish pond, where you can sit and watch the sun setting whilst enjoying the views over the adjoining field, which looks towards the sea. To the front is off-road parking for one car.
