"Nice breakfast and quiet hotel."

"We spent the night with a group of friends celebrating a birthday. From checking in to checking out the staff was amazing. The restaurant staff especially the twin bartenders provided fabulous service and we’re very friendly. All the food was great and we enjoyed our time listening to the band at night. We will definitely make this an annual event. Thank you."

"I reserved the suite because my son was traveling with us. We had a late check in after a long drive. There were no sheets or anything for the pullout - had to go back downstairs and ask for them which the front desk person seemed annoyed about. There were no shampoo or soap that I had counted on being provided so I didn't bring any into the hotel so we had to go down and ask for them. "We stayed in cabin 10. It was very clean and we had a great time kayaking and eating at the Sunset Grill. We will be back!"

"Outdated hotel. Had a king size with only one side table. TV remote was pretty much unusable. Jet tub near the bed. Could not open the curtains. View was to the glass ceiling of a conference room. Room description was king size but the bed felt like a queen. Tag on sheets said queen."

"The hotel overall was just okay. The rooms seemed a little dated while the lobby and exterior seemed newish. I requested Early check in and was told they were full the night before so to come at regular check in time. I arrived at 5 pm and the was told the room wasn’t ready, the woman at the front desk was new and having issues with the system. "This is a clean hotel that is a good place to stay before heading to Niagara. It was convenient that the washing machine and dryer could be used for free as long as you provided detergent. The staff were also very friendly."

"Plenty of nearby parking. The breakfast bar is a nice plus. Staff are always kind and helpful. A few cosmetic things, in the room, needed attention. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles, in the shower, were all empty as well as the lotion and tissues, on the counter. The bathroom sink was slow to drain. Still a pleasant stay. "The room wasn’t real clean. It smelled like smoke. The bathroom was old and busted up and the bed was terribly uncomfortable. The AC either worked way too well or not at all. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see my face in it and the iron I used to iron my shirt nearly ruined it because it was leaking water everywhere."
