Quiet lake front home with private beach

Looking for a quiet, lake front home with a private beach for your getaway? Look no further than the Hideaway. With handicap access and an open floorplan, the Hideaway has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms to provide ample space for your family. The large deck and backyard make it the perfect space for outdoor activities as well. Use one of our kayaks (or bring your own) out on the lake, go fishing, build a bonfire or just sit on the dock and enjoy the view.

Located in Northville, on the “Little Lake”, you can enjoy the water without the bustle of motorized boats. The Hideaway is just a minutes drive from the shops and restaurants of the village.

The Great Sacandaga Lake is just down the street as well. You can launch your motorized boat or jet ski at the Northville Public Boat Launch, which is 3 miles away. Or you can rent a boat from one of the local marinas.

During the summer months, if you enjoy horse racing, gambling and outdoor concert events, Saratoga is about 40 minutes from the village.

The Hideaway is also a great place to stay during the winter months! With an outdoor spa, indoor wood stove and backup generator, you won’t have to worry about being stuck in the cold at The Hideaway. Enjoy a vast area for snowmobiling (our driveway has lots of space for a truck and trailer), cross country skiing, snowshoeing and ice fishing. That being said, our road is private and gravel. Therefore it is privately maintained. Our contractor does the best he can but given our road is not public and we are in the Adirondack’s, do not expect it to be perfect. We do provide shovels and salt for the walkways should it snow during your stay and our contractor will plow/sand the driveway. But if you are not comfortable driving in snowy and potentially icy conditions, our home may not be the best option for you.
