"This is the perfect place to stay and were it not closing in the near future, we would most certainly return. Jackie, her mum, Jackie's two little helpers and Milo all made us feel very welcome. The rooms are lovely and the lounge is wonderfully welcoming. The evening meals are just superb (and excellent value at £33 per head) and we wished we were staying longer. We were staying in the Family Room, but were not advised when booking that on our second night immediately below that room would be a rock band, performing until 10:30pm. Immediately below the Family Room!?!?!? The floor was literally shaking, which left us with 3 distressed children. A really appalling situation. On top of that, after a disappointing dinner on the first evening (our order was lost by the kitchen, so our food took 90 minutes to arrive, and...
