"The owners were v. responsive in communication. The cottage is located in a convenient location with easy access to a plaza and attractions. The house is well-equipped of necessities. The only complaint is that there was not enough hot water for the 4 of us to take shower. There was no more hot water after 2 persons have taken their shower. The washer/dryer does not seem to be able to dry the clothes. Otherwise, everything was wonderful. "

"Great communication and an easy self check in. Informative information available within the property with some essentials, tea, coffee, milk etc. and a sweet treat ‘thank you’! The property was clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds, crisp linen, fresh towels. Available was a hairdryer, iron, hand soap, washing liquid, dishwasher tablet, t-towels, dish cloths and a couple of bin bags. The house was well equipped and had plenty of crockery, glassware and cooking...

"The house was really nice, clean and well presented. It was the ideal base for our few days visiting family in the area. To be a little nit-picky the accommodation experience could have been enhanced with a few minor improvements. The towels were a tad basic, so more luxurious towels would have been great. Also a little welcome hamper would have been a nice touch. But we would definitely stay again and there are many properties we've recently stayed in where we won't be returning."
