"The rooms are improperly labeled. I had reserved a queen room and it had a double bed in it. After going to the front desk about it, I was informed that there are no queen beds and we would have to pay more to upgrade into a king. They weren’t very nice about it, and I had to pay more money for it. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Rooms were small but clean. Nice breakfast. Hotel at good location, close to restaurants, shopping and interstate. The weird thing was that we arrived at 2:40 pm and the gal at front desk said it would cost us $25 to check in then, as check-in wasn’t until 3:00! There were other people sitting in lobby, and at 3:00 when being allowed to check in, quite a few of them had “not so pleasant” words for the front staff desk. As the staff had taken a verbal beating from others, I kept my mouth...

"The hotel appeared to be very new ...the decor was fresh and bright and the room was clean and inviting. We were mostly out of the hotel for pleasure, but we can imagine it would be comfortable for a business trip too."
